La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Radford

The first impression from the front desk staff, Leah, had me loving this establishment. They were SO kind and communicative. Even offered me a military discount. If only all front desk clerks could be like Leah. This place doesn’t care if you have a pet, not even a fee. I would love to give this hotel all 5 stars, but I couldn’t watch the Indiana Fever game on their TV! Had to watch it on my phone. But, the WiFi is good here, so it earns some credit there. Also, the beds were too tall for my older cat to jump on! Not the hotels fault, just thought I’d add if you’re traveling with an older pet. Overall experience: 4.4/5 Pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

So I have nothing against a hotel being pet friendly. As long as the guests and the staff clean up nicely like there were never a animal present in the room. We got the deluxe room with king bed. Very spacious, looked clean upon walking in. We always do bed checks and make sure everything is good. The couch in room is very outdated and had all kinds of dog hair all over it. And not so comfortable. So if you plan on bringing kids take in consideration of that. Everything else was great.

We only stayed here for one night but it was very pleasant. So clean, the rooms are very updated, everything smelled nice and we got great rest. For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bread, make your own waffles and juice. My husband and I don't need anything fancy so this was perfect and filling. Very pet friendly. We brought our dog and did not notice any disruptions from other guests or their dogs. I think if I'm doing Wyndham hotels from here on out I will only be doing La Quinta with how great my stays have continued to be. Would recommend this to anyone if you're planning to be in the area.

Great central location, ample parking, Reception open 24/7, adequate breakfast, room a little jaded but staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. We’d stay here again but maybe upgrade the room.

Clean hotel with great WiFi. Breakfast options are lacking compared to other locations but fine. Convenient coin operated laundry that works. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking lot is really tight for large vehicles. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is at a convenient location, has a private parking and it’s close to a big supermarket and gas station. The staff is polite, respectful and helpful. The place is clean and ordered. The rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of variety and most importantly healthy choices. Parking is a bit tricky if you are towing, so call in advance to check if there will be space. Overall very good experience at this location

Very warm greeting from the concierge, easy check-in, friendly staff, very accommodating, peaceful and relaxing. Also, it's so very clean, during my stay there was this young housekeeper, very dedicated to her job, she would always be asking whoever she passed in the halls while doing her rounds if they had everything they need and if they didn't she was right on it to help. In my opinion that's customer appreciation at its best. I would definitely recommend to stay La Quinta Inn if you're ever in the area. I myself am looking forward to my next stay there. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay feel as peaceful as it was memorable.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our road trip from Memphis to New York City. We booked through Booking.com and arrived just past midnight. The check-in process was smooth—someone was at the front desk, and there were a few guests relaxing in the lobby. Parking was complimentary, which was convenient, and we were given a room on the second floor right away. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with two comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower, and I appreciated that the toiletries were from Dove rather than generic low-quality brands. Overall, the space felt fresh and well-kept. The only downside was the AC unit—it made an odd, rattling sound (almost like plastic stuck inside), which woke us up a couple of times during the night. Breakfast was included and served in the lobby the next morning. It was basic but sufficient: coffee, juice, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, waffles, bananas, and yogurt. Nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. All in all, this was a solid overnight stop.
